After seeing so many negative reviews, I thought I should post that my experience was fine. Staff were pleasant, food was good, restaurant was clean, pretty typical Chipotle experience.

I live in the area and frequently order through chipotlane. This location is batting 1.000 for me in terms of always having my food order ready on time, always being accurate, and always providing fair portions. The interior restaurant is also good, but it tends to get very crowded with a long line which is why I typically order through the drive thru.

Better than average chipotle on the day I was there. Surprised to see the 3.0 overall rating. I thought it was really good.

The team working when we went in for our food was excellent. We went in monday afternoon for lunch. They were super nice with great customer service. We’ve been to many other chipotles that are severely lacking, but Keesha was very nice to pay attention to our order and really came across like she enjoyed her job. One of the employees even gave us a chair from their table while they were finishing their lunch break for our son. Our chipotle experience at most other locations is poor, but they did excellent here.

Kids desperate to try Chipotle as only just arriving in the UK at the moment. Didn't disappoint, we came back a few more times. Food was really nice, service very friendly.

I am very happy with the ability to order and pickup through the drivethru. I grew up with Chipotle. This chipotle offered great food and decent proportions. My only knock... people working here seem pretty angry. Or just... indifferent. I swear, dude giving me my food in the drivethru window makes me want to apologize for living.

January 23, 2026 at 7:32pm I just noticed after I ordered 2 beef barbacoa bowls and took back to my hotel and decided to do a review. I see this place has 2.9 stars! I eat at Chipotle often in Los Angeles because I've read, Chipotle's strategy is to source beef without hormones and antibiotics. I suppose chicken also? This is the best Chipotle I've been to. Why? The grilled veggies! Usually they cook all the veggies together. But this location, all the veggies were cooked normally except for the bell peppers. The bell peppers were lightly cooked so they had a slightly crisp texture which creates a contrast. It was perfect. This makes a big difference. This guy isn't a cook, he's a chef. Also everything else was very good except they didn't have any plastic spoons but no big deal for me. I just read some the of 1 star reviews. Some complain about the employees. I only interact with the server and cashier and they both were very nice to me.
